This elite level behavioural tool takes inventory of your behaviour from your perspective, and from 6 of your peers, to develop a detailed profile. From this profile, not only can we determine your key strengths but also your top constraints. Constraints are changeable behaviours you do subconsciously that sabotage your results. It may be your inability to listen effectively or focus. Perhaps it is your high critiquing nature that rubs people the wrong way or your lack of urgency. Each of us have constraints. What matters is how willing you are to address them.

As a certified Flippen Facilitator I use this tool with all my 1-on-1 clients as a springboard to get us started. But you don’t have to be a 1-on-1 client to benefit.
